Sobha Parqcity by Sobha Group is a proposed residential township designed to offer a wide range of modern homes within a 50-acre development. The project is planned to comprise 12 residential blocks with a total of 24 wings, accommodating nearly 4,463 apartments. The towers are expected to rise across 42 floors above ground level, supported by three basement levels. Homebuyers can explore 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartment options, with configurations ranging from approximately 750 sq. ft. to 2,600 sq. ft. The anticipated starting price is ₹1.1 Crore onwards. Currently at the pre-launch stage, Sobha Parqcity has its RERA registration application underway and is expected to offer possession by 2031.
